Roger Plourde
CO-FOUNDER/MANAGING PRINCIPAL
Roger Plourde is a Co-Founder and Managing Principal at Ivy Companies, where he is responsible for new acquisitions, capital markets, development conceptualization and execution, dispositions, and the general direction of the firm’s investment strategies. Prior to founding Ivy, Roger was a Principal and Investment Committee Member at Turnbridge Equities, where he spent 6.5 years playing a lead role in the firm’s new acquisitions, pre-development, design, construction, leasing, and management of many of its development projects, as well as organizational strategies. Prior to joining Turnbridge, Roger worked with the Ackman-Ziff Real Estate Group, where he participated in the execution of the firm’s debt, equity, and sale transactions in all asset classes. Roger earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the Alfred Lerner School of Business and Economics at the University of Delaware. Since graduating, Roger has been a frequent guest lecturer at UD and Columbia University on the subjects of real estate, finance, and private equity.
Kevin Tiseo
CO-FOUNDER/MANAGING PRINCIPAL
Kevin Tiseo is a Co-Founder and Managing Principal at Ivy Companies, where he is responsible for the development and construction activities of the firm, as well as its general strategic direction. Prior to founding Ivy, Kevin was a Managing Director of Development & Construction at Turnbridge Equities, where he oversaw all development investments after acquisition and was the point person for all construction activity. He interfaced regularly with capital partners, operating partners, lenders, as well as project design & construction teams. At Turnbridge, Kevin led the development of $2 billion in ground-up and value add construction, which was spread across a variety of asset classes, including mixed use, hotel, multifamily and industrial in Austin, Nashville and New York. Prior to joining Turnbridge, Kevin was a Project Manager with CM&D, a New York-based owner’s rep firm, where he led the development of over $400 million in ground-up construction, primarily focused on branded select-service hotels in Manhattan. Kevin is licensed as a Professional Engineer in the State of New York and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware.
