Tennyson Street Assemblage
Lantern on Tennyson: The Lantern on Tennyson is an adaptive repurpose of an existing 8,000 SF building with the addition of a 3,500 SF rooftop space located in the Berkeley neighborhood of Denver. The ground floor will be comprised of three first-class food and beverage tenants. Designed by Storyn Studio, this transformation will be a complementary addition to the already engaging streetscape of Tennyson Street.
4363 Tennyson: 4363 Tennyson is the second acquisition in the Tennyson Street Assemblage. It’s low-rise, residential character with substantial patio space makes it an ideal home for discerning food and beverage uses.
